ALON MP3 Dictaphone is an application that includes both an audio player and an audio recorder, within the same user interface.
On the one hand, ALON MP3 Dictaphone is equipped with an audio player, featuring a three-band graphic equalizer, player controls, option for loading all songs from a folder, and a file explorer. Audio formats supported by ALON MP3 Dictaphone include MP3, OGG, ACC/MP4, AMR and WAV. There's even an internet radio section, where you can manage and play your favorite internet radio stations on your phone.
ALON MP3 Dictaphone also includes an MP3/AMR audio recorder. There are controls for starting and stopping recording, adjusting microphone sensitivity, and selecting a destination folder for the finished audio recording. You can also use ALON MP3 Dictaphone to record phone calls.
Both tools include quick access to their common functions. For instance, you can start a recording with just a single click, adjust the volume with a slider, or change track using your phone's navigation buttons.
Although its user interface looks a bit old fashioned now, ALON MP3 Dictaphone makes for a handy, dual-purpose audio recorder and player for Symbian.
